I run 2x IG-2000 B/C

I am fully aware that should 1 ship gets destroyed the title "IG-2000 which allows 1 ship to take the others ability" will be nulled and the surviving ship can no longer use the other pilot ability.

However last night I was in a predicament which is why I need others opinions. My IG-88B had a critical damage that said "All players will ignore, your pilot ability and your elite pilot ability"

Which brings me to my question.. does this mean my second IG-2000 can no longer use the second pilot ability?

Note: that both ships are still on the board.

Neither ship gets the ability of the ship with the crit and they both have the ability of the ship without the crit.

From page 13 of the FAQ:

IG-2000

If you have multiple Aggressors equipped with the IG- 2000 title and one of the Aggressors is removed from play, all other Aggressors equipped with the IG-2000 title immediately lose the destroyed Aggressor’s pilot ability. An Aggressor equipped with IG-2000 that receives the Injured Pilot Damage card can still use the pilot abilities of friendly ships equipped with IG-2000, but those friendly ships can no longer use its pilot ability.
