I have questions about the "descriptions" of the Characteristics herein (though I maybe glossing over details)
OK as defined in Battlefleet Koronus "Men of Quality" a 60 - is Veteran or or Astartes "tier" scores
With that Conscript is at 30 (I would dare call this a military "regular")
So civilians are 20ish?
While Peak Humans are 50 - I went over this in another positng a few weeks ago (for those who dont know what a peak human is - think Bruce Wayne)
Over 50 and your either augmented, drugged up or otherwise doing it ! LOL
