One big game with all the expansion integrated?

By janussenpre, in Arkham Horror Second Edition

Hi all.

I'm new to these forums (and to Arkham Horror) and I apologize if this question has been answered before, but... If I bought all of the Arkham Horror Expansions, is it possible to play a game with all the combined game material that has been released thus far? I know there are a few expansion boards out there, but I've also heard that they connect to the original Arkham board. Were I to buy all of the other packs, could I simply take all of the decks from the Expansions (i.e. common items, unique items, allies, etc) and shuffle them all together with the other corresponding decks from the other Arkham packages? The notion of keeping 5-6 boxes of materials separate from one another seems awfully cumbersome to me should my friends and I desire to play a game every now and then.

Thanks all!

Perfectly doable, though would advice to learn the base game first, then gradually add stuff.

I use everything but KH nowadays in my games and store all the stuff in just the AH + IH boxes.

Awesome. That's just what I wanted to hear. Thanks a lot.

Time to go splurge.
