So we have our first fairly large tourney coming up this Sunday. I have done fairly well against all of our other players, But with the addition of two new players I cannot deiced which to use. The first list that is new for me to face is The Top Deci Pilot and Soonter fel. Both Loaded to the teeth with upgrades. The second Is the Fat han list that won world Champ last year. My long winded question is this: Of the two lists, without changing anything in them. Which do you feel would do better against both these new opponents? Thanks for any help given.

Got to agree with cubby09... the first list seems more capable of dealing with your new opponents.

Your second list looks a lot like one of the lists I'm toying with as a potential regionals list:

That's an interesting list, but I don't foresee the EU being that useful.... Meaning, you end up giving up the Focus way too often for that.

Yeah, I can see what you mean. It's mostly just there for the utility and the fact that I don't have another place to really put the points.

Not to mean this as rude, but could we talk about my question posted? I have not played Against fat han alot, I feel the tanky list would do better. However i cns ee the more speedy mobile ships being about to outmanuver the Han and Deci list's.

I didn't comment on your lists because they are ok. I'd prefer different upgrades on them, but you could run them as is. For example, I'd rather have K4 + engine on Kath instead of Gunner + hull. And as for Jake, I'd rather outmanoeuvre than Daredevil, but if you prefer those, then that's cool.

Agree wholeheartedly with the proposed(?) changes to Kath. I'd probably also drop VI for ptl. giving Kath (theoretically) TL + Focus + evade/boost every turn or go for Boba + VI, EU, RS, if you really don't like phantoms.

ptl+k4 is a great combo
