Solo as a Cylon Leader?

By DukeDrake, in Battlestar Galactica

I feel a little silly for asking, because I don't see how to make it work, really. Looking at the solo rules, it seems too easy for a non-sympathetic Cylon Leader to "throw the game". However, I'd really like to practice with the Cylon Leaders a bit, without having a table full of dummy hands, or rounding up random people from the neighborhood and teaching them how to play... not that the latter would be bad, mind you, but nobody's throwing me Executive Orders IRL. ;)

I suppose with a Sympathetic Agenda it might work, though... if you're willing to jump through the extra hoops to get yourself brigged, or whatever.

Any ideas?

Yah, the Agendas are written assuming that there will be other players around to interact with and the Cylon Leaders fall apart otherwise.

My recomendation would be just assume that your Agenda consists only of "Humans Win" and go from there or play the "Join the Colonials" Agenda.

You might need to tinker around with the rules for how many cards you draw and can play into skill checks, though. Without other players to help, Skill Checks are going ot be near impossible.
