My son and I have just recently picked up Descent and we are playing our first campaign. I was hoping that someone can help me with a couple of question we have.

1. When you complete the first part of a quest and you are setting up for the second part, do you carry over any damange on heros and their equipment?

2. If you are starting a new quest do you carry over any of the heros potions they did not use on the pervious quest?

You do carry over damage and conditions on heroes, but not fatigue. What do you mean equipment damage?

No. Heroes gain gold from all used and unused search. cards they drew after the quest, and all cards are then shuffled back into the search deck.

I was meaning if you carry over the equipment they may have obtained during the quest. For example my son did a search and drew a card that allowed him to immeditaly pull an equipment card from the ACT 1 shop deck. Equipment he obtains woudl carry over right? For all quests?

Can you tell me if your heroic feat resets while starting the second part of a quest?

Yes- items drawn from treasure chests are permanent, just like you had bought them. Heroic feats refresh between encounters.
