After buying IA and TI, I noticed that IA didn't include Alpha Squadron pilots in the card set. While the Royal Guard pilots are great and I've gotten a lot of use out of them, I've been tinkering around with the idea of eventually using 5 Alphas with Autothrusters to create a hard hitting evasive swarm. Avengers can do 5 with no AT, but once again I've only 1 of them. I have plenty of Omicrons, but that drops me down to 4 ships.

No luck finding both cards and bases on any online websites. Has anybody ever gotten FFG to sell them individual components and cards, or is this going to get somewhat expensive with me having to buy 3 more TI expansions?

Try teamcovenant. they might have them.

Alas, no pilot cards offered through their store. Definitely going to look there for single ships when they restock though. Any other online suggestions?

One of the reasons i have about ten intercepors is because you can only get the lowest PS guy in the basic int expansion.

Yeah, I had that idea too, and ran into the same problem. Good (?) thing the Intercepter is my second favorite ship...

It was REALLY annoying that IA didn't include Alphas (or Avengers, for that matter). A problem they fixed with Rebel Aces, BTW.

No & I think ffg wont be selling them individual. That being said.

If squadrons in this game had special true to canon abilities they would probably see more use, the ones not being used much. Alphas seemed too have multi-purpose launchers mounted too their Interceptors often. Avengers had their Interceptors way more tricked outt han the R.G. Interceptors. Most the time Interceptors used the same reactor Avengers used. Having all those non-standard pieces of equipment didnt hamper its combat capabilities.
