Now, I'm not sure if it might be better to swap out one of the Tacticians for Rebel Captive, (I know I need to find a point somewhere else) As it stands, being able to dole out 3 stress at range 2 is nuts. And being able to reach out to range 2 to draw stress from Carnor gives him the ability to perform 3 actions per round..
Pick it apart please..
