This Soontir List seems solid and well rounded but what do i know. What are your thoughts??

That seems really solid to me.

Personally, I would drop Engine Upgrade from the Lambda, replacing it with Darth Vader for Doomshuttle shenanigans, which frees up one point to put Stealth Device on Soontir instead of Targeting Computer. That's just my personal taste, however. Your list seems perfectly workable the way it is.
