A couple of questions for you regarding the rules:

When can you use the squadron command (before shooting, during shooting, before moving, or after completing the move)?

When moving squadrons, what is the movement limit on the range ruler ( for a speed 3 ship no part can exceed the range three line, or the base is touching the line, or the back of the base must touch the invisible line)?

•Squadron and engineering commands can only be used before attacking. Concentrate fire can only be used durring an attack. Navigate command can only be used at the maneuver step.

•You can't exceed the 3 line for xwings for example.

To clarify this, the base of the squadron must be behind the line on the range ruler.

Just for clarification, the Squadron *command* is done right after revealing the command dial during the ship phase, *before* the ship attacks. Same with Engineering. All other squadrons activate during the squadron phase, once the whole ship phase is over.
