@FastWalker , is it possible to post the image files along with the pdf of the hangers? I like to try to get as many as I can on a page before printing.
SirWilli's Workshop: X-Wing 2.0 stuff
On the rebel conversion kit document, the b-wings aren’t quite right. The boxes themselves might be right but not on the right (1 or 2 ship) pages.
Thanks again for doing these!
One other mistake - the conversion kit does not include Porkins.
Oh! I think Porkins should be Biggs.

Oh, very sorry. Will look into it when I'm home, currently family hiking in Berchtesgaden. Thanks for pointing out!

You're talking about PNG images. If I get time, I will. What specificy hangars are you talking about for priority?
Vultures would be helpful, as well as the Jedi aethersprite. Otherwise, I’ll take anything.
Thanks!
Since the game officially has damage decks in 2 different sizes, there is a use case for damage deck boxes (for for small and large sized decks) capable of holding 33 sleeved cards. I also have some unofficial damage decks that I would love to store in boxes as well. Some simple generic boxes with space to write down what deck is in there should be pretty easy to make. Then, when the new faction-specific damage decks come out, you would have the templates to make faction-specific versions. Any chance of this happening?

If you look in my GDrive under Tuckboxes, you'll find that I already expanded the original cardholder to fit the large promo damage deck. I've been passing it out to all my local friends.

Edited by FastWalkerExcellent! Thank you!
I was looking for info, if the Microhangars are still being expanded and never thought to search these forums. How silly of me.
First of all, wonderful work! You have rubbed my OCDs just the right way and I couldn't be happier. The boxes are usually quite a good fit with little to no wiggle room for the models. The gearboxes fit all the pilot cards, the dial and even my slightly modified bases.
I was curious, if and which ships are being planned for the nearest future? I've been looking for the Torrent and Aethersprite from the Guardians of the Republic expansion and couldn't find them in the first edition nor in the second one. Thus my search for you begun. I found the site you linked for the custom tuckboxes and made measurements of the models to get myself some temporary boxes, but... They are not your prime and well designed microhangars, just some hobo white boxes.
On a second note, Tie/sk Striker from first edition works for the second edition, if you print it in 110% from the old PDF. Just thought I would mention it. My "Duchess" sits there comfy.
Thanks a lot! 😊 😲
More Hangars and GearBoxes will follow, a friend of mine already had all the recent ships shipped to my place, the prototype hangars are all done and photos have been taken for the graphics. I plan to finish them as soon as I'm back from my family hiking trip in a few days...
The Im perial conversion kit is even on my list, as well as the Resistance and First Order ones.
And at the end of my list are the missing EpicHangars, but those beasts need a lot of time and effort to develop...

Don't take it as a poke to hasten you. It was just a friendly inquiry. You are doing an amazing job and never forced people to pay for it. You, SirWillibald are a good and honest person. We can only be thankful for the effort you put into those creations.

Early this year, I started creating my own Microhangars and Gear Boxes for new ships. They're not as perfect as sirwillibald. But they do work just as good. You can download them from my GDrive:

Hey, no offence taken! 😊
Thanks a lot for your praise, it's really encouraging to hear such things! To give proof, I picked up work again, sneak peak incoming (ignore the english/german mix, Photoshop will take of this when creating the final files):
And yes, the icon's wrong on the left and right, I know, WIP...
Edited by SirWillibaldA dilemma... You created gearboxes to fit all pilots from a given expansion box in one print. Guardians of the Republic come with two Torrents each, two dials but one set of pilots. Curious if you will make two gearboxes each for five pilots, or a split of 2/3? Development dilemma xD

Oh my... Didn't thought of that yet... I think I will make two GearBoxes, one for each dial and then spread the pilots among them. Used the same approach for the conversion kits.
Having made boxes for both conversion kits, i would almost prefer if each ship had a single box thick enough to hold all the dials and base cardboard (but not plastic). I went with the option for the most ships so i have a lot of boxes with 1 dial and cardboard base in them.

I fill each Gearbox with the pilot cards said ship came with in the box. With Starting Set it was easy, because you get two sets of pilots for each Tie. With the Guardians of the Republic you get one set of pilots for two Torrents, although the generic ones are doubled. Thus the conundrum, what will happen
For now I printed the Gearboxes
@FastWalker
made and crossed out the pilots, that are not sitting in said box out. Easier to find what I am looking for at a given moment.

For the Conversion Kits and Squadron Packs, I printed out a Gear Box per ship I own and then split the ship tokens that made sense. Then, I would use a pencil and add a dot next to the names of pilots in each Gear Box. Easy to implement and easy to recognize.
@sirjorj , fitting both ships' tokens and dials and possibly bases would make a thick Gear Box. I had to do this with the Resistance Transport to hold 2x dials, 1x base, and 4x ship tokens. Sucker is THICK. I prefer 1x Gear Box per owned ship per faction. Makes it easy for me to go thru my collection and grab what I need and not more.
On another topic, not urgent but your dividers are due an update SirWilli. The Device slot got renamed to the Payload slot - Device now specifically refers to the cardboard token that gets placed on the board as opposed to the upgrade card.

Oh, thanks for pointing out! Didn't know about this, since I have the german version. Thanks! Anymore more bugs in the dividers? Missing ships?
Microhangars and Gear Boxes for new ships (Vonreg's Tie & Fireball) from Wave 6 are up on my Google Drive:

I haven't tested the boxes. So I'm hoping the ships will fit perfectly with a little wiggle room. Also, I increased the size of the Gear Box to +1 ship token in case FFG releases future card packs.
Enjoy!
Edited by FastWalkerI was unable to fing the Alpha Wing ship microhangar. In fact, in the imprial microhangar download, there is just a few ships there...
http://sirwillibald.com/games/x-wing-miniatures-games/microhangars-2-0/
You should check the 1.0 file for the ships that haven't yet been released in 2.0.
ahh gotcha, txs!
