Is there a reason the new pdfs only have one ship per page? I thought it was pretty convenient having multiple copies on the same page to save paper.

Print one. Flip the paper. Print it again. Or print the hangar and the toolbox on the same page this way. It works for most ships (some are too big).

With Guns For hire on its way to stores, is there any chance the storage boxes could beat the actual release? The ships aren't new so the box size is known, and the pilots are already spoiled.

Hm, I'll see what I can do, even though the artwork on the boxes has to adapted to the new alternate paint schemes. Have to check if I can find decent pictures of them to make them ahead of time.

Yes, here's the long story, copy&paste from a posting of my old webpage:

There’s only one PDF file for each language version, since I started converting my Armada files to an automated workflow (like X-Wing, so much easier to use and so much easier to add additional language versions). Unfortunately there is a downside to this workflow, since it produces only one hangar per page, resulting in some half filled pages. Really sorry, but the manual positioning of each box became simply too time-consuming (I’m having some other games on my list, as well…).

But I tried my best to ease your potential pain by:

1. Placing the box on one edge, so you can simply rotate the paper 180° and put it back into your printer to print on the other half.
2. Adding an additional ZIP version containing each print sheet as a separate PNG file with transparent background. With some basic skills you can now easily build your own print sheets of any desired size. Yes, I intend to do this for all boxes from now on.

No worries, I've just been manually building the pages from the image files to fit my collection. Thanks for all the work you do putting these together in the first place.

Any estimates as to when the GfH and Wave 12/13 boxes will be available? My ships are vulnerable!

On the G4H Starviper, i think the top (the lid) and bottom are about /16" too long. Can you verify this?

UPDATE: On the ship box - not the dial/template box.

UPDATE AGAIN: I compared it with the older starviper box and the sides (X-Wing Miniatures Game logo, Scum logo, Starviper icon) are definitely shorter on the new one.

Yes, I can confirm this, sorry. I've reduced the StarViper hangar size a bit (it's about 5mm too deep at the moment) but forgot to change the lid, as well. Will fix asap!

That went smooth:

Bug fixed, StarViper hangar should be OK now, and I've also changed the wave 6 StarViper hangar accordingly.

Feel free to build the new version within in the next 60 minutes and let me know if anything else went wrong. ;-)

I have them printed (2 original and 2 G4H - and fyi, the starviper is just a bit too long to fit 2 on a page!) and will start cutting soon.

The glue is still drying but they work perfectly! Thanks!

Since I'm rather short on time at the moment this might take a while. But I've already taken some measurements and gave the overall design some thoughts, hope to be able create a prototype in the near future. But since this is a rather time (and paper...) consuming process I can't give an ETA.
