I believe that a few other ships have had "in atmosphere" pilot cards, but the only one I am sure of is Han Solo.

Hound's Tooth has 2 pilot cards "in atmos", K-wing has 2, Punisher might have 1, HWK at least 1, IG has 1, Xisor is 1, 1 Scum Z, and that is only the last couple waves. So, space ships "in atmos" seems to be more common than most people think in X-wing.

Scimitar Squadron card has in atmo bombing art too.

Mauler mithel and backstabber both have trench card arts, and it would be very logical for mithel to be a trench pilot
