Hi everyone I just picked up armada. Iv only played one learn to play round so far but I'm loving this game. I was wondering if there are any player from eastern Connecticut on here and where they play. I want to play regularly but I've never been into and of these games so I flnt know where inu area people play
New to the came in connecticut
There is lots of support growing in the southern New England area. From Eastern CT, you are probably looking at heading out past the Providence area (I am pretty certain there is at least one shop close to the RI line that seems very active - 5/16 tournament at Battleground?) or over to the Hartford area. The Battle Standard in Manchester is getting a Wednesday Star Wars night off the ground - last week was a lot of fun. But I guess it depends on where you are in the East. ![]()
I'm in Norwich. I think I'm gonna go check out sarge's comics in new London and see of they are having an armada/ starwars night regularly
For some reason, whenever someone says they live in Eastern CT, I tend to assume that means the Northeast corner.
I have no idea why that is.
Probably because besides the casinos there isn't anything in southeast ct lol
I am not sure if Sarges has a group yet or not. If they do get them to advertise their events in the New England facebook group so we can grow the CT community.
Well I am glad you game here to let us know. ![]()
Glad you are enjoying the game and this is only the beginning.
(You can edit the title of you edit your first post. It is funny the way it is but I am not sure you meant it to be funny.
)
Haha I see what you did there.. I didn't even notice the title mistake until now
Well as a real life dyslexic I know how easy and funny mistyped words can be on the Internet. I find it fun just to embrace them and have fun. ![]()
Good gaming,
Beatty.
Edited by BeattyHave a look here - its a thread trying to list all the groups of players in the world that this community knows about ![]()

Edited by MaverickNZWhat about Time Machine, great store, but it's pretty central CT.
I'm out in Danbury myself (Other side of ct). I'm sure it would be unreasonable to drive a couple hours to play a game but if your ever in my neck of woods I'd be happy play a game or two.
I saw a post for a tournement in Danbury and figured when I get more experience I could drive put that way to make it worth it
