Need to destroy says that once it is destroyed it takes the top card of your deck and turns it into a foundation with a blank text box. Does this card have Difficulty and Control Vlaues? Or because the card does not say anything they would just be treated as 0/0?

I'm betting its a 0/0, though there are only one or two cards that would check that currently. Paul and Enraged Golem both look at that, but nothing else.
