So, we have a new monster on our hands, and she flies a TIE Advanced.
She's a PS 8 with an Elite Talent slot, the TIE/x1 title, and probably the Advanced Targeting Computer.
She can execute her maneuver as though it were ±1 speed. As a PS 8.
That is to say, she has 3 options of Koiogran, and all of the standard maneuvers.
That is to say, she can speed up or slow down to dodge arcs, in addition to her PS 8 Barrel-Roll action.
Don't build her with PTL and Engine Upgrade. Build her with Stay On Target, and select a 2 speed maneuver.
She can now select any 2 speed maneuver, and perform it as a red with ±1 speed, meaning that at the point of maneuvering, she can stress herself to execute any 1,2, or 3 speed maneuver.
Sadly, she cannot do the ±1 followed by a Stay On Target of the new speeds. She doesn't rotate her dial to a new maneuver, she simply executes a maneuver that isn't necessarily on her dial.
Rules as written, she can technically perform 6 Forwards and 4 Turns/Banks... but these would require FFG to release the templates for such. As they didn't include these on the maneuver template they knocked together in the article, its safe to say they don't intend this to occur.
