Yep, this comes up from time to time and many seem to be all for it. I emailed the art department at one point (I think late last year), and they thanked me for the suggestion but couldn't really comment on future products.

Id like this, three designs of playmat please (one for each of two handed play and one for encounter/staging/location/counters etc)

Three playmats per customer, thats like three action packs of cost. Surely much less development, so must be worthwhile for ffg
