Total noob here. I say these three because they are the only ships I have. Any suggestions? I'm pretty certain I am going up against 2 tie fighters and 2 interceptors.
We can proxy any cards, so have access to everything that way...

Corran Horn, push the limit, R2D2, fire control systems
Biggs Darklighter
Blue Squadron Pilot, heavy laser cannon, fire control systems

You could swap R2D2 for engine upgrade to make Corran more mobile. This may be ideal if you are going to be fighting arc dodgers like interceptors.
Keep Biggs and the blue together and flank with Corran if the opportunity presents itself. Otherwise you can try to keep all three together and drop as many enemy ships as you can before Biggs dies.
An X-wing, a B-wing, and an E-wing fly into a cantina. The bartender points to the X-wing and the E-wing and snarls "We don't serve your kind here!"

Then the E-wing cuts off the bartender's arm and serves himself a drink.
Lol.... Funny, but not helpful.
biggs, not luke?
wouldnt go lone wolf with either x wing or e? How about wedge and Corran Horn? I know i am just going to have to play it out and see, just looking for some ideas.
oh, and how about ion cannons or torpedoes.... or ten numb with a mangler??
OK ...

Wes strips tokens and stresses the target so Corran or the B-wing can engage.

Guys, I don't think he has the Rebel Aces or Rebel Transport expansion since he mentioned only owning those three and not a second X-wing or an A-wing...
Yes, I would take Biggs as well. The reason is that he soaks up damage for the rest of your squad, which makes them last a lot longer (the B-wing has only one defense die and E-wings are not all that durable).
For my part, I'd go with the following based on what you currently own:
Biggs Darklighter
-R5 Astromech
B-wing
-Ion Cannon
-Advanced Sensors
Corran Horn
-Fire Control System
-Push the Limit
-Flachette Torpedoes
-R2-D2
Total: 100
I don't usually build for initiative when I have high-PS pilots, but you can probably swap out an upgrade or two to get it to 99. The point with this build though is Corran and FCS. FCS works very well with his native ability, because you can attack, then gain a target lock. Then at the end of the turn, you can spend the target lock to increase your chances of hitting a second time. Push the Limit allows you to do both focus and target lock, and you can choose to spend the focus on the first attack if you want, or save it for the second one. Plus this way, you don't lose your target lock if you have to spend it to fire the torpedoes.
(Apparently I didn't read close enough and didn't see that you can proxy... being a purist though, I don't really like to do that myself, and I'm used to people not wanting to do that when list suggestion threads roll around)
Edited by Millennium FalsehoodCorran is a superb pilot but... He is too expensive. Perhaps try purchasing a PS 3 E wing, and select a named B wing pilot

Knave Squadron Pilot (32)
E-Wing (27), R7-T1 (3), Flechette Torpedoes (2)
Basically they all fly in a loose squad formation, biggs stays close to the B-wing until her torps are spent...which you can fire at any range around your ship thanks to Nera's special. The E-wing I don't have, but with this build i'm assuming you would run him aggressive.
Edit: Adding VI to Nera will Synergize well with enhanced scopes.
Edited by FlyingAnchorswhich would be the most fun way to fly? would putting EU and PTL on corran work? Because i am a total noob, i am just looking for ideas and, ultimately, for the most fun. Not to be a competitive build, just fun.

This list looks pretty good to me. Alternatively you could put veteran instincts in Corran to hunt down any ps9 interceptors your opponent brings.

If you want the most fun get Keyan. Pair him with Biggs. Keyan is a beast. Plus since he spends stress you can roleplay his bezerker rage every time he fires.
Yarrrrrrrgggghhh!

FCS and PTL on Corran is loads of fun. That double-tap can often end a ship, especially if you started off with TL+F.
Thanks for all the tips... really looking forward to trying some out tonight.
I have only ever played with the core set, and just picked up the other two ships......!!!

Fly casual and let us know how it goes!
will do... i'm copying out these lists and gonna give them a go!!
We ended up talking a lot and only got in 1 game. I used quasistellar's list because it looked the simplest (less special rules to remember) . My opponent showed up with 3 interceptors!!! He was arc dodging like crazy! However, whatever hits he managed on me were quickly repaired by astromechs. I got 2 wounds on 2 interceptors, but couldn't manage to make any stick on soontir fel. Thanks again for the ideas. I think I might try a totally fat ten numb with autoblaster and eu and vi. Would be sweet having it so only the second and subsequent critical hits could be cancelled.

Drop the FCS on the B Wing, use the 2 points to go to Dagger Squadron to get more PS. Or keep the B Wing as is. If they're generic TIEs you want the PS advantage. If they're named, you'd have been better off with FCS.
Edited by ParaGoomba SlayerIf you want to try ten numb out hook him up with mangler cannon, veteran instincts and advanced sensors. Always actions always moves last always shoots always hits
