From the Spice Runners pub :entertaining things your players have done

By TheWanderingJewels, in Star Wars: Edge of the Empire RPG

This is more of a stories and plot thread ideas thread for people who might note make the cut as 'heroic' but still give the Imperials headaches:

Example: I had players back in a previous edition of the game have the unlucky job of nicking off with a artifact from Byss (yes, THAT Byss) for a jedi they owed a favor two. After a a series of harrowing escapes (in true pulp fashion), they ended up in a storage area which turned out to be the Emperor's alcohol storage center. While hot swapping some uniforms they had picked up, the smuggler came up with the idea of stealing the entire stock of the Storage area (for bragging rights if nothing else). Which after a fair amount of planning, they managed to pull it off

And got bragging rights in several underground circles for the act.

Turns out the Emperor's personal stocks were kinda meh, but the stuff he kept for guests was top drawer

Playing WFRP 3ed a couple of years ago, the party was a disgraced ex watchman, a grey wizard and a Trollslayer.

The adventure had led to them standing in a dark alley behind a run down 2 story house in Ubersreik knowing that inside was a Gang of Thugs who had mugged someone and taken an important McGuffin, i was completely expecting the usual bashing heads and had planed accordingly...

Trollslayer kicks in the back door and immediately Intimidates the 2 guards with 2 boons and a comet (2 advantage and a Triumph) "You have all of 3 seconds to take me to your boss or ill pull every one of your fingers, 1 at a time, until they can be hung on a cord around my neck..."

so they go upstairs to the boss... intimidate again for a success with 2 comets and a chaos star (2 Triumph and a Despair) so the Boss was not quite so willing, but after the first finger comes off changes his mind! The Party ended up with a gang of henchmen and not a drop of blood was shed, well not the usual lake anyway!

still one of the most memorable sessions we have had, and who knew a slayer could be the face of the party as well!
