You may want to consider Han Solo crew as well, he works decently well in a B-Wing.

In general this sort of list is more fun than competitive, though. Jan and Lando work decently well but few other unique crew are good for B-wings.

I do really like Nien Nunb in a B-wing. Being able to perform a green 4 straight is kinda nice.

Would have put in C3PO, but I don't have the CR-90. Also not sure about his value on a 8 hull/shield ship, compared to a pancake.

I agree the idea of 4 Tacticians is also nice, but I only have 2 Phantoms/Tacticians. I also like putting Accuracy Corrector on them instead of crew, because there are many times that my rolls are just that bad, and I can use my actions for defensive focus or BRs.

Still haven't perfected my BBBB list, and I am not sure if any combo of upgrades is better than the 1 Z.

Yeah, that's also why I don't have Threepio. I wonder what percentage of people who use him duo so by proxy.
