Good call. TO's could just ask you to bring that with your Voidstate or other builder list, or just hand out copies and append to your list. Easy.
For those that don't want to print multiple pieces of paper or write out your list by hand, you can type out your list in the sheet by opening the pdf in Adobe Reader and using the Sign button on the type right to add text. Then just add your name and Squad ID and stuff to the top of the page instead of on the side.
Sweet! That will save me (a TO) a ton of time doing the same!
