Just curious as there does not seem to be a way to use his pilot ability for Decloak to the left or right?
Any one have any ideas?

You actually need to use the in-game 2 bank template.

You place the 2-bank template manually against the side of the ship, then move the ship to the correct position at the end of the template--just as you would on the tabletop.
There's going to be a bit of automation in the next update!

...click on it and drag it into your hand? I also know some people copy their dials while they're still in their hand, move the copies to the play area, and then delete the copies when they're with the Activation phase.
Yeah i was hoping for automation keyboard shortcuts etc as manually takes a lot longer than IRL. Thanks for the answers guy's.

That brings up a point I've been curious about for awhile. Since you can easily make copies of items, what's to prevent someone from actually make 11 copies of their dial all stacked up on each other to make it look like 1, and then deleting each dial until they get to the one they want, and then reveal that one... Sure, if you hover over their dial, you'd see 11 copies or whatever, but it's not really something people do (er, at least I've never heard about doing it, should I be?).
Perhaps, along with the "Khyros has revealed 3 left bank for Rookie" there should be a dialog of "Khyros has deleted Rookie's Maneuver Dial"
