I want to play this squadron and I want to know what do you think:

N’Dru Suhlak (20): Z-95 Headhunter (17), Inertial Dampeners (1), Lone Wolf (2)

The idea is that Kavil and Boba will hunt the arc-dodgers (and be arc-dodgers some time). I expect a lot of Interceptors and IG in the tournament. Greedo is a personal bet.

N'Dru is a filler for 20 points. Any idea for him?

Cut the inertials and Greedo, add on tactician, cut the dampener from Ndru and change VI on Kavil to Predator maybe with a point left over. If you don't care about initiative bid you can turn that back into a dampener.

I really like the idea of a missile on lone wolf NDru but it seems like trying to live the dream too much, he is very potent at 19 with lonewolf if you can keep him alive.

I know that Kavil is so good with Predator, but the 98 points and the IV on Kavil are there because I care about initiative.

I can cut the ID N'Dru and Greedo to add on Tactician, yes, but if I don't play Greedo, I prefere to add Recon Specialist. And a PS10+EU in a good ship for Greedo, it can be a good arc-dodger (only turrets are dangerous for Greedo), IMO.

Just cut Greedo, dumpeners and N'Dru for 2 pirates... I will also be testing this list tomorrow

I've basically run the same thing with some differences:

Kath + Predator + Tactician + Engine

Kavil + VI + Autoblaster Turret + Unhinged + Engine

Cartel Spacer + Title + Mangler Cannon

I really liked this squad, having a playsttle preference for Scum Kath, so your Boba equivalent might just work. I beat quite a few lists with this, including things you might not expect like BBBBZ. Mangler Syck I liked more than Ndru, since the Syck can slow roll better with 1 turns and Barrel Rolls, letting him act as bait more, and/or not regretting when I need him to be close to my allies.

Kavil built that way is REALLY good vs everything except large based turrets, where it tends to falter. It is great for taking on small base ships though, weaving unpredictably through the battle field.

Also, PS 10 Boba isn't AS necessary for beating PS 9 arc Dodgers if you already have an arc dodge killing monster like Kavil. Init bid is important though.
