Need help on a 35 point-One ship build

At my school we are having a tournament that involves one ship that has a max point value of 35. I need help coming up with good build. I already have a few lists in mind, but I'm not completely sold on any of them.

List 1:

Soontir Fel (27)

Push the Limit (3)

Royal Guard TIE (0)

Autothrusters (2)

Stealth Device (3)

I love Soontir Fel, but I worried about it being too fragile and dying quickly.

List 2:

Bounty Hunter (33)

Tactician (2)

I like this build, but since it is not a high pilot skill I'm worried about it being taken down quickly.

List 3: (32)

Torkil Mux (19)

Blaster Turret (4)

Recon Specialist (3)

Moldy Crow (3)

Hull Upgrade (3)

I like the hawk and torkil's ability could wreck some high pilot skill ships I will be playing against. But I do not know what the last 3 points.

Soontir is probably the best 35 points you can spend. If this is a 1 on 1 setting you're preparing more then Soontir is your best bet,but I would probably expect to play a lot of mirror matches!

I apologize I forgot to mention that each game will have 3-5 players.

Soontir might draw a lot of heat in that case as he's deadly to almost all opponents. I find starviper to be a good endgame ship. Particularly Xizor with VI. His range of actions, the S-loop and high PS means he can dance around most ships. FCS helps with his poor action economy which will run you 35 points. No autothrusters tho, but 5 health over 3. You could always switch FCS for AT which would leave you with a point left but you wouldn't really be able to spend it. If you can skirt around the main fighting and engage straggling ships one on one it might work ok without Trusters anyway

Of course his ability would never trigger, so you could always go for guri but in multiple player dog fights the value of high ps becomes even greater

Luke Skywalker With Lone Wolf + R2-D2 or R5-P9.

My ideas would be:

Prince Xizor: Autothrusters, Lone Wolf

Sigma Squadron Pilot: Stygium Particle Accelerator, Gunner, Fire Control System

Sigma Squadron Pilot: Advanced Cloaking Device, Fire Control System, Rebel Captive

Shadow Squadron Pilot: Advanced Cloaking Device, Rebel Captive

"Echo": Push The Limit, Stygium Particle Accelerator

Kavil: Determination, R4 Agromech, Blaster Turret, Engine Upgrade

Darth Vader: Lone Wolf, Engine Upgrade

I'll be honest: I'm usually not such a huge Phantom fan. However, in this situation I can see them being an amazing choice. A Rebel Captive will make no one want to take a shot at you, as will flying around cloaked with four evade dice. If you suspect a lot of high PS ships (seems likely), then going with the Stygium Particle Accelerator is probably the better choice over the ACD. An evade token and you get stressed for taking the shot? Absolutely no one is likely to put themselves out on a limb like that in a FFA situation.

With that said, I think I'd personally go with my Vader or Xizor build. Phantom might be strongest here, but it isn't the one I'd personally enjoy. Lone Wolf Vader tearing things up? That could be really, really fun.

For a 35 point HWK, I'd take your Torkil build, bump him up to Palob, and add Lone Wolf. It should be pretty effective and durable, though being the one stealing tokens might make you everyone's first target.

I do not own a lone wolf card, is there another elite pilot upgrade you recommend?
