Will FFG be selling cards/upgrades without ships separate from expansion packs or will that have to be more on the seconary market (e bay, etc)?

To my knowledge FFG has never sold just the cards. Ebay and other internet markets are your only hope...aside from buying the product.

I really wish they'd sell packs of upgrade cards. You only need so many of each mini. It'd also make it a lot easier for new folks so they don't have to drop hundreds of dollars just to get the cards they need to play in a tournament.

This assumes you'll need multiples of a given card, and not have extras come in the existing packs. That's a lesson that FFG has seemed to learned, by putting 2+ of some upgrades in packs that don't really need them.

Like the 2 autothrusters you get in a single starviper pack. That and Armada at least so far seems a lot like early days of X-Wing where Plastic > Cardboard.
