I've searched the forum, but didn't find anything here, nor in the official errata.

The weapon's list in the Inquisitor's Handbook often lists the Availability: Uncommon.

However, this rating for Availability is not given in the rules. Is it safe to assume, that Uncommon = Scarce?

I'd wager that they mean Average (one step up from Common, isn't it?)
