Date: Saturday, May 16, 2015
Entry Fee: $15
Registration (Doors Open): 11:00am
Tournament Start: 11:45 SHARP (There will not be delays for stragglers. Sorry, but we want to respect everyone's time.)

We will be running the FFG recommended number of Swiss rounds, based on the turn-out. THERE WILL BE A TOP CUT! Again, this cut will be determined by number of attendees. Both the number of rounds and size of the cut will be announced prior to tournament start.

Game Rounds will be 70 minutes. Bracket Rounds will be 35 minutes.

Prize support will include the entire contents of the Regional Kit, up to a maximum of two cards per player on alternate art cards. There is the potential for greater prize support supplied by the store, again depending on number of attendees.

You can help by having a couple of things printed out and ready when you arrive:

First, please fill out a decklist sheet for both of your decks. One can be found here:
https://images-cdn.fantasyflightgames.com/…/swc01-deck-shee…

Second, please have a tournament tracking sheet printed and have the top three lines filled out for you. We will be using this custom sheet:
https://docs.google.com/…/1cojdumM0Zj9Lj9vCPd63VBxFty…/edit…

There will be extras of both sheets at Gryphon's if you forget yours. However, it will be up to you to have all information filled out and turned in to the TO by 11:35, to allow time for pairing.

Questions can be directed to the above e-mail address, or messaged to me personally, as I will be TOing the event. You're actually probably better off just directing the questions to me! I go by cojhawk on basically every board, although I am more of a lurker than a frequent commentator!

I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at Gryphons on Saturday, May 16!

Well, graduation weekend led to a pretty disappointing tournout for the Fort Collins Regional. Only three players attended. I myself volunteered to TO the event for the store, and was therefore unable to play.

The games were very well played, with all of them being fairly competitive. The winner was Joshua B., who piloted Scum and Villainy and Smugglers and Spies decks to victory, coming through the losers bracket to seal the win!

His decklists:

Dark Side

Scum and Villainy

Masterful Manipulation x2

The Hunters x2

The Findsman's Intuition x2

The Bespin Exchange x2

The Slave Trade x2

Light Side

Smugglers and Spies

Asteroid Sanctuary x2

A Wookiee's Journey x2

Questionable Contacts x2

Wookiee Life Debt x2

Against All Odds x2

Josh wound up taking down Matt S's light side deck in the second game of the finals, which had defeated him earlier in the double-elimination bracket. Congratulations, Josh!
