I have question about Stalker's skill - Ambush. so if i use this skill as a monster enters a space within 3 paces from a trap token, after the attack resolved, is that trap token discarded from the map or is it stayed on the map?
all the other skill are clearly stating that trap tokens are discarded after the effect such as "Set Trap" or "Poison Barb". there is nothing about what happens to the trap token after Ambush.
Snce you are not instructed to discard it, the token stays.

Is the Stalker required to have line of sight to perform his attack.

LoS is always required for any type of attack, unless it is stated otherwise on the skill card.
Also, note that the skill does not permit you to ignore range. Therefore, the monster still has to be a valid target for you. If you have a melee weapon and exhaust this card, you still have to be adjacent to actually hit him.

I don´t think that is strictly true. If the stalker would posses "Heart Seeker", he would be able to attack the target without LOS. But of course he would still need to meet the range requirements to hit.

Yes, heart seeker is a bow that doesnt need LOS.
