Imagine if Wave 1 had really fallen off the boat and now lies at the bottom of the bay... (Images of cheerful dolphins playing Armada, drift through my mind). At some point FFG would have to do a reprint... but that would make Wave 2 hit first. Oh man, could you imagine?
What if Wave 2 hit before Wave 1?
No!!!!!! I don't wanna!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ![]()

I say we attack the dolphins.
My question to FFG (or anyone with the right answer really): Why, if everything shipped from the overseas manufacturing is stuck at the port, Barnes and Nobel (and other retailers) has gotten multiple restocks of X-Wing stuff since the port slowdown?
However, should wave 2 hits first, then we know someone, somewhere, forgot to use the new coversheet for their TPS reports.
Wave 1 better be here by June. I'm taking that month off and I want Armada to be on my table.

I took the first two weeks of may off to paint the new ships. ![]()
I am way more excited for Wave 2 than wave 1 so i would be ok with this.

The larger retailers like B&N have centralized warehouses, and restocks could simply be moving products around. Even smaller ones could be restocking from various distributors who have product currently on hand.

OK, I was figuring it was something like that. I was curious if that was it or if they had a different system in place for smaller shipments.

Thirded. I am pretty hyped for the Gladiator, but I think more-so for the Raider. I love that they gave the empire some solid options, like some little speedier ships, yet still left the factions distinct.
Can't wait for both tho, Raiders for support and covering fire, and some souped up overgunned Gladiators that smash into the enemy fleet faster then you can "Daedalus Maneuver". Good times.
Pft! Wave 2... I heard Wave 4 is legal for the Somalian Regionals next week.
Did you hear about the truck drivers for the ports? ![]()

Yes. Of course they did. Did you really expect anything else?

Do we know what ports are covered by this?

L.A. and Long Beach
This would be almost hilarious if my $300 of Wave 1 stuff wasn't rotting on the docks...
Edited by subpoenadueceWould be interesting if Wave 2 showed up before Wave 1. We'd get the flagships and support vessels before all the fleet workhorses! Given that the MC30 is just as good of a brawler as the Gladiator (at least in appearance), seems the Rebellion would end up better well-rouned before the Empire!
