Hi, I want to get into the Star Wars RPG, and bought a EotE Starter box.
But there are no red dice in the box. But I do have 14 dice.
Are there no red dice in the starter box?
Can someone maybe tell me what combination of dice should be in there?

You should have:
3 green Ability dice
3 purple Difficulty dice
2 blue Boost dice
2 black Setback dice
2 yellow Proficiency dice
1 red Challenge die
1 white Force die

FFG has the best customer service around, IMHO.
Definitely hit up FFG customer service. That challenge die should be there. They'll get you fixed up.
I was missing a Difficulty die for the longest (best as I could figure, a player from a pickup game had accidentally walked away with it), and I emailed customer service about it and I had a new one in no time.
Same story with a Battlelore (1st edition) figurine, and they didn't even originally carry that game, they only picked it up from Days of Wonder well after manufacturing for the core game stopped. They still sent it to me, no charge, fast.
Not to mention the excellent company communication practices when responding to rules questions.
This is why FFG is my first and last stop for games. Can't beat their awesome customer service.
Thanks guys, I wrote an e-mail to Heidelberger Spieleverlag, which is the German distributor for FFG.

I wound up losing a Yellow Die, and my OCD-ness refused to let me sleep at night until I was whole again. The Customer Service people were happy to hook me up with a new one. . . which was promptly stolen in the mail! Telling them my sob story, they were nice enough to send another. This one got through, and balance is restored to the Force!
Top marks, FFG!
