i was going to commission a master carpenter (retired) to build me a table but the size was too large for his personal shop. I've been looking for alternatives. Here's one that perfect for the length but only 42"W which doesn't leave a lot of room for cards, tokens, and beverages.

As a professional finish carpenter, I could make any of those first few tables probably for cheaper than that, but made to whatever size you want- 3'x6' or 4'x6' or whatever. Shipping might be a bit pricey though.

It's a good idea if you can find the right tables. I'm playing with two of something similar now and over time they don't lay as flat as you need. Last game we had some "3D terrain" based on the play mats lifting up because of the seams.
