I want at least a third color for the deployment zones (like the one associated with the scum faction in the official mission that came with the Aggressor expansion). But preferable maybe up to 5-6 different colors (that must be super easy to implement...) for some crazy multiplayer action.

If you overlay blue and red zones you can make a purple, but otherwise, right on, dude. More color choice would be great.

You actually have access to four colors in total using that trick: red, blue, purple, and pink. Blue over red gives you purple, and red over blue gives you pink. It's a nice trick, but it would be nice to have more than just two colors to work with especially now that there is a third faction.
