While the Quest Vault in it's current state is quite workable, there have been plenty of suggestions by the community which could improve it's features, some of which quite necessary. However, I can't really find much developer feedback. I was wondering if anyone knows if FFG is still working on development of the Descent Quest Vault Open Beta.

I don't think they've abandoned it, but that's not to say that they'll put in all of the updates we've requested. I honestly don't know what kind of use the Quest Vault sees- there are clearly users generating content, but the (limited) impression I've gotten is that not many other users access that content. The Quest Vault's usefulness lies in the sharing of user generated content- if people aren't interested in downloading/playing that content, why update it? Like I said, I don't have the numbers to make that a solid reason- it's just my opinion.
I think each quest published in the vault need an automatic Download and Preview counters. I actually access to a lot of content of other users. the fact is that personally i often forget to leave a comment, or just clicking the LIKE button. I might not be the only one.
Mists of Bilehall hasn't been added either.
Any word on when / if that's going to get added?
...that said ... Mists of Bilehall is also the only expansion without PDFs posted on the main support site as well... so maybe too new?

Too new. It's taken time for every expansion to be added to the Quest Vault. This is not a different situation.

Check out the Valkyrie program. It lets you design your own RTL campaigns, and is a standalone program.
