movement in the inner region

By talismanrocks, in Talisman Rules Questions

I know this is a dumb question, but I've searched the rules, the FAQ's and the forum and I can't find a definitive answer. The rule states that movement in the inner realm is one space at a time and that all the encounter spaces must be completed prior to move toward the crown of command. But this means that you will have move back over at least some of the spaces twice. Once you've completed all the spaces, does that mean as you move your way back to the valley of fire, that you have to replay each of those spaces?

Thanks in advance for your help!

You don't have to encounter ALL of the spaces. Just those that you cross on your route to the Crown. Either clockwise or anti-clockwise.

So, Plain of Peril, Mines, Vampire's Tower, Pit Fiends, Valley of Fire, Crown of Command...

Or, Plain of Peril, Crypt, Dice with Death, Werewolf's Den, Valley of Fire, Crown of Command.
