No it cannot attack twice.

Nope - figures that can attack twice state so on their abilities.

You can not attack twice as the Imperials. Some skills such as Vader's Force Choke deal direct damage and don't count as an attack. The E-Web Engineer is the only real exception where he can attack twice in any given activation.

The rule book also specifically calls out Pounce (along with Vader's Brutality) as an action you cannot combine with a second attack action.
