Is there a banned list for tournament play?

Assuming you have followed the general rules for list building, I.e no multiples of unique pilots or upgrades, all the same faction etc, then no.

I can't find any mention of a ban list in the current rules, but didn't FFG include the concept of a ban list for this game at some point? There were never any cards on that list, but unless I'm mistaken, the door was open for it once upon a time.

It was in the Legal Products section of an older tournament rules document, which had the potential to ban fresh releases mid tournament season.

That was because they were "pre-released" at GenCon and not generally available at that stage. They were officially released just after Worlds if I recall.

Yeah that was a matter of fairness can't let a lucky few have an advantage.

They actually do, it is just the very, very last resort.

Navigator can't be used on Huge ships--meaning the Corellian Corvette, Rebel Transport, or the upcoming Imperial Raider. It's perfectly legal on Large ships like Boba Fett.
