Several lists built around the Aggressor...

I just recently acquired some Scum & Villainy ships, so I'm trying to build a couple of lists around the Aggressor, to give me an idea at how it can fly.

First I've got a double Aggressor build: One snub fighter and one long range that can transition well for close or long range late game.

I really like the idea of Advanced Sensors geting a Focus or Target Lock off before an S-Loop turn.

Second, an Aggressor paired with Boba, for two really aggressive, really close range oriented large ships.

IG-88B is fishing for Crits with Marksman and the Mangler. Boba is fishing for extra dice to add to the Autoblaster mostly unblockable hits at range 1.

thoughts are that the IG is pretty survivable (esp with a free evade or shield regen), also wanted to get most from Kavils actions using EI (lots of greens from the Umech) and to give the thug a bit of hand with ST, plan to get the thug in close with the autoblaster (basically ran out of points to give it a longer range turret!)

Just picked up an Aggressor and a Scyk, so I'm looking to playtest both. Given how much effort it can take to get my wife to commit to just one game sometimes, I'm probably looking at testing both at once. With that in mind, here's a list I'm wanting to try out:

Thoughts here are to have the action economy with C + PTL combined with Advanced Sensors to either clear stress from PTL or get actions in before slipping in an S-Loop/K-Turn, and hit 'em hard with the HLC. Don't have a second HLC handy, so just running Laetin with a Mangler to (hopefully) get some solid crits in there. Both are built for extra evading goodness with the SDs, and with their cannons, they can leverage some Range 3 defensive bonuses while not giving extra defense dice from the same range. And if Laetin evades the first shots fired at him, he becomes even more elusive.

N'Dru is what I could put on the board for the remaining points. If I had Lone Wolf, I'd give it to him, but otherwise I'm swinging him outside as a pseudo X-Wing with a one-use turret and Determination for that last point and some survivability.

Thoughts? Critiques? I'm open for suggestions, even on what's certainly a casual list. Couldn't get any real mileage out of Serissu in an IG-88 build, but I'll give her a go soon enough.

Only have Core, Imp Aces, B-Wing, A-Wing, Falcon, Slave I, Aggressor, Scyk, E-Wing and Most Wanted cards available.

I like the IG/Boba Combo but I got one question: Why would you use Autothrusters in a close range orientated Squad?

ScumDan, beyond that, I don't think Boba can take Autothrusters anyway. Requires a boost action to use, and since it's a mod, Boba can't have both.

i've run this list twice now, against rebels and imps, and came out way on top in both. swapped out the exp int on Kavil for a bomb on the Aggressor but still not sure of the best use of those 3 points. still, its gone 2 and 0 and not lost a ship.

flew it a few times and it was quite good.

I'd usually start with each in their own corner, use Kath as bait, with good timing, you can catch the enemy looking at her butt, and side door the learing bastards with Iggy. (oggle my girl will ya!!!)

I'm not sure if I'm sold on using Boba Fett over another Aggressor with a Mangler Cannon instead of the HLC, but one way or another it was vicious. That Aggressor was incredibly hard to take down, and my focusing on it instead of Boba Fett was one of the reasons I lost the game.

Why do you have 2 Mangler cannons on the first IG?

From my understanding you can fire the Mangler twice without having to buy it twice.
