Thanks for many kind words of encouragement a few months ago when we posted about going zero-for-three at our first X-wing tournament....

We played last weekend and used some of the things we had learned there and managed to scrape out a win playing against one of our good gaming friends.

[Only crashed into an asteroid one time - and toward the end - that helped a LOT!]

- We used the TIE Phantom + Advanced Cloaking Device strategy

- Used both Echo and Whisper + Howlrunner

Was wondering whether is a line-up any of you have liked -- or whether you tend to go with one Phantom -- or maybe with all three Phantoms.

nice battle report. What is the playing surface ? cloth ? does not look like vinyl anyway...

I have been experimenting with phantoms lately, never played them before the last FAQ so don't know how it was before.

I have a list of two sigmas and Soontir which I used three times already.

Just played a third time right now, against a Han Solo and Wedge Antilles list and was lucky enough to destroy Wedge on the second round before he was able to break any havoc around. Will try to blog the battle next week.

Let me know if you try three phantoms what list do you use, please.
