This is what you need, there's a few places to get them form for £2 or so in the UK (where I am) so hopefully you will find somewhere to get them at a descent price.

They do tend to be out of stock with an annoying frequency however.

Also, the back of every FFG product has a little box that tells you how many packs of what kind of sleeves you need for that product.

One of the guys in my local group just cut card sleeves in half, the length of an upgrade card is the same as the width of a pilot card

Where I live there's on 1 game store within a 90 minute drive and they don't sell yellow sleeves and there's loads of online uk stores trying to sell them for £5 a pack.

Look at the box of the back of any FFG products and they tell you how many packs and what sizes to sleeve all the cards that come in the product.

For X-wing it is Grey for Pilots and Yellow for upgrades.

The FFG ones seem to be out of stock quite a lot in my neck of the woods, but I've found the BCW Ultimate Guard Sleeves to be pretty good quality and well priced. Not as pretty as the official FFG ones though.
