How does the RtL Lieutenants work? Do you choose one or a few that you use or are they each in different parts of RtL quests? I wanna know if I can buy a few of the minitures or do I have to buy htem all to avoid to use tokens for the liutenents. I don't have RtL but I wanna order everything I need at the same time.

you start the game with one of them and can buy up to two more. Three are accessible by every avatar, the fourth is special by each avatar. They can be sent around the map (there you need the tokens) to raze cities and fortify dungeons, and they are able to fight the heroes directly on the normal tiles, where you would need the figures if you don't like the counters. But I wouldn't buy all the figures and first purchase the four necessary add-ons for Descent. If yous till have too much money, then you can buy the figures.
