Thank you FFG!

Had my mounting pegs broken on my B-wing and A-wing. When I told them, they sent me new ones! I know this isn't the first "thank you" thread, because there are many stories out there about their great customer service. Glad I have invested in such a great company.

Yeah, their customer service is great. They sent me a whole set of missing expansion cards when I was missing only one from the expansion. I guess that was easier, but I just asked them to replace the single card, so I was pleasantly surprised.

I got an Aggressor when mine came with the base attachment separate in the box. It was easy to glue back too so I have 2. Just need a dial....

They are good. Best company to work with that I've had issues with.

Counter example:

A friend of mine ordered some 40k online. When he opened one of the kits, he noticed that a sprue was 'warped' or seemingly melted somehow. He called his local Games Workshop to see what they could do, he was told to bring the kit in. When the "Hobby Manager" saw the kit had been opened he said there was nothing he could do. How was he to know it was damaged without opening it? magic I guess.

The nice hobby manager even tried to sell him another kit at full retail price!

To be fair, I wouldn't call that a typical GW return/exchange experience. They aren't quite as happy go lucky as they used to be (you now need a receipt most of the time) but I've never been turned away when a new kit had a problem with it.

Most recently, I emailed them about a couple missing damage cards and they sent me a whole new deck.
This is not the first super awesome experience I've had with FFG.
