And I'm saying that you can't assume someone bought a different expansion. So either the reinforcements card is useful for Stormtroopers and so it has a place in that pack, or else it doesn't. The fact that it may show up somewhere else shouldn't factor into it.
Kind of like how Engine Upgrade was useful for every ship and yet only appeared in the Falcon xpack until literally yesterday?
Just because a card "is good for them too" doesn't mean that it should be/will be reprinted following FFG's prior patterns.
There's 3 new models in there, and a elite deployment card. Which is useful to people who don't have enough storm troopers or deployment cards yet. I seem to remember a few weeks ago a number of people posting that they hoped to see Stormtroopers as an expansion pack, so they could get more of them without buying a 2nd core set.
The new models are irrelevant, since the shape of the model serves no in-game purpose. I seriously don;t know who said they needed more stormies, since from a campaign perspective they are essentially useless and from a skirmish perspective it is difficult to justify playing more than 2 basic Stormies as it is. But okay, I guess there are people who wanted this for some reason.
And it's a point I agreed with. For some people there's little to no value in this pack. To some people there's a great deal of value.
Fair enough, but I would quibble that even if we assume a person doesn't have reinforcements or the extra elite/grey card that 4 more cards is hardly a "great deal" of added value.
