Awesome Customer Service!

So I had a missing Forward facing antenna on one of my Victory SDs (Or is that a gun tube?). I contacted FFG and they sent me an entire new Victory! Unfortunately my mailman jammed the box in the mailbox so tightly that the box was crushed... however the Model looked fine... until I looked really close. The top antenna on the replacement was broken! Ha ha! Fortunately I was able to combine both broken models to create one new perfect model!

No idea what I'm going to do with the extra ship piece now. Probably try to repaint it for giggles.

Forward "antena" is a forward observation station according to wookipedia.

Their customer service is awesome.

All I had was a (too) short 'pin' on a squadron peg. It would not fit into the base and stay put.

They sent me a new one.

(as customer service *should* be but it is still worthy of praise.)

They have GREAT customer service.

Free destroyed ship obstacle.

Free destroyed ship obstacle.

Perhaps model it on a sandy surface? :)

I had a problem with pegs for Rebel ships from my core set... the ships didn't sit straight... i asked FFG if they can replace them so they send me them on friday and recived them today (i live in Poland)!

Now everything is perfect!!! Thanks FFG :)

As for that second Vic, scar that crap out of its hull, gouge a few good sized chunks out, and add some removable smoke columns. Keep 1 big chunk for when the Rebels inevitably destroy your Vic and smaller chunks for obstacles/debris.

I agree about the great Customer Service. I had a missing bag, and they shipped a replacement out to me pretty quickly.

It's nice to see a company that delivers on great customer service.

They're shipping me an A-wing and a B-wing for X-wing because the flight peg mounts broke off.

With some other surface modifications, call it a Victory II.

If you want to get crazy try reducing the bells to 2 and open the wings.

That's what I was thinking. Mount it on a high stand of some sort and use it as an obstacle (with the same game effect as an asteroid.

Hey guys, how do you contact customer support?? =(

I only have 5 command dial plastics. =(

I had two ties with broken wings. It was fill out a request and takes some pics.....I said screw it and glued them on.

I actually removed the antennae that sticks out of the top. Now the ship fits in a plano case with no problems.

I'd just call this a lucky day and use the bare ship as a V1 and the complete ship as a V2.

Way to go FFG!

I had a TIE that came with its Starboard panel folded into the cockpit.

They sent me 3 new TIEs!

So, I am thinking the broken one will find its way into an asteroid wreck ;)

I've had a few dealings with FFGs customer service, split peg on the Falcon's stand and damaged radar on the X-Wing CR90 and a missing plastic rivet on the range 5 ruler.

In all cases the support has been outstanding - I often cite it when teaching Customer Service to apprentices!
