It seems weird to not be posting about wave 7 when that's what all the other posts are about, but it looks like I might be in Indianapolis the week before gencon for work- so I'm going to try and delay my return and take vactation and go.

Anyone whose gone before, what days are the xwing tournament? I see the dates posted for the whole convention but can't find (and am assuming not released yet) the schedule for how long to be out there for. I'm hoping to find out fairly quickly so that I can tell work to book my flight and hotel longer.

If it's scheduled as it was last year, there will be two separate qualifying tournaments on Thursday and Friday, with the championship "cut" on Saturday.

The actual event schedule will be posted, IIRC, in mid-May.

The event registration begins May 17. The event schedule is usually online about 7-10 days beforehand.

Last year, you could sign up in advance for the Thursday flight. It sold out in a day or two as I recall. Friday was first-come, first-serve.
