Does anyone know what that new Hourglass bomb is?

By DarmanSkir, in X-Wing

The K-wing has a new hourglass shaped bomb that comes with the expansion, and I can't quite make out the upgrade card. Any ideas?

Few guesses:

Teleporting bomb

A bomb that moves with you

A timer on bombs(because of the hour glass and it looks like time/space is bending)

"The Wormhole Warhead:" Contacting enemy ship does not activate this round but likewise cannot be attacked.

Boom! Hahaha.

ion something according to the card on the picture. Maybe you get ionized if your template touches it?

seems odd, why would you do that over the ion bomb

Maybe it's the SLAM maneuvre template?

It's the "Conn..." upgrade card, whatever that is.

Conn...

Connical Bomb?

Connical Ion Bomb?

Connical Proton Bomb?

It's the Conner Net. They used it already in the Star Wars LCG.

Sweet, thanks

I wonder how that will interact in the game

It disabled ships without causing damage aka ionized but not damaged

I think it will cause a ship to stop, be unable to take actions or attack for a round.

What if it stays in play as a continuous obstacle?

Neat idea.

Looking at the card - it is called,"cluster mines." It appears that one drops 3 mines at once.

That'll be awesome against TIE Swarms.

No it is definitely a Conner Net. It looks awesome!
