was playing emon azzameen and opponent had luke in an xwing. we played w/ 50 squad points and luke had 46 to my 50. he moved first because of less points. was he allowed to attack first because his pilot was higher?

Initiative (what happens when you have fewer points, for example) only enters the equation when the two pilots are of the same pilot skill.

Emon should have moved first, and Luke should have shot first, as they are PS 6 and 8 respectively, irrespective of how many points were in their fleets.

Now, if both pilots were PS 8, then Luke would have Moved First AND Shot First. But ONLY if they're the same PS level.

Now, if both pilots were PS 8, then Luke would have Moved First AND Shot First.

Now, if both pilots were PS 8, then Luke would have Moved First AND Shot First.

Also, Emon would still get to shoot before dying if Luke kills him.
