Still no update on Wave 1 other than late this month/ early next; when I know something you will.

That being said I just found out that FFG anticipates Wave 2 to release sometime in July this year; will update when I get more.

Sweet, better than the early fall I was expecting. (GenCon early release with the LGS's getting them a few weeks later.)

that will be fantastic! Most people have been thinking September at the earliest so even with a few weeks delay from that we would be looking at late July or early August, and as Enqu has been 100% accurate so far I see no reason not trust this information.

I hope you're wrong this time. Too much released for all my Star Wars games.

Not too weird.

The last time I heard about the Raider was that it was estimated to come out in March; obviously this didn't happen. I'll keep my ear to the ground about it for the X-Wing crowd especially now that Wave 7 has been revealed.

Well, I have my severe doubts, and "leaked by insider" (presuming Newt is an insider) is not the same as 'official'.

Hell, I hope it's true - but I don't think 'The Boat' or 'The Printer' run that fast.

Wave 2 has to come out before the new movie. I am sure they want new product coming out around the time of its release.

I was also hoping that Armada waves would be a bit more spread out... July just feels crazy. Base game plus two waves within four months? Like yeah, my wallet is shedding some tears, but beyond the money it feels like a massive rush. I guess wave two could technically be on time and the core and wave one were that severely delayed?

If we see a third wave that doesn't have a "2016" attached to it, FFG will get some serious side eye from me at least.

Don't see anyone whining here that warranted that. The pace of releases and people's opinions on that topic is a perfectly reasonable conversation to have given the speculation in this thread. But if those who do not share your point of view are "whining," then are they really the problem?

Just saying, it's a community, instead of defaulting to scolding whiners, disagree and converse. Actual whiners won't stick around to have an impact there.

I don't think the plan was to have 2 waves released so close together, but I don't think they want to delay wave 2 just because wave 1 was.
