This is a can o' worms but Cody takes Palpy's call and subsequently orders the shot on Obi-wan? But isn't he in the new Rebels season 2 trailer supporting Fulcrum?
Huh?

May have to re watch the trailer which specifically name checks Rex, but don't remember it specifically identifying Cody. Either way; what a trailer!!
No, that's Rex.
Season 6 of The Clone Wars states that the clone troopers aren't simply conditioned to be unquestioningly loyal to the Chancellor: they've got biotech implanted in their heads to make them obey orders, specifically Order 66. Makes more sense: either you portrary the clones as flesh droids throughout (which they don't) or them killing their generals and friends of four years of war is a little harder to believe. The clones don't know such tech exist. Dooku does because he's in on enough of Palpatine's plan to make him loyal (obviously he's not in on the part where he gets killed, hence his attempt to betray Palpatine in the seconds before his decapitation in RotS).
There's an arc in Season 6 in which one of the biochips goes defective and the affected clone executes Order 66 early. The arc is then about Palpatine's conspiracy covering it up and the ARC trooper Fives trying to get to the bottom of it. It ends up with Fives managing to remove the biotech from his brain and trying to expose (and I think kill as well?) Palpatine: obviously he's way out of his depth and he ends up being hunted through the Coruscant and killed by other clones. Before he dies he tries to tell Rex about the chip.
That's where TCW leaves it, but the TCW panel at Celebration involves Dave Filoni talking about it. What he said is that "truth is a powerful thing." Rex knows about the chip, when it activates he knows this impulse to kill the Jedi is not his own and he tries to resist it. Of course, the second he does that he's a traitor and the other clones turn on him too. From then on, he's an outcast as surely as the Jedi are.

This sort of stuff is why I like Star Wars. Every so often, a really interesting and powerful story rises up out of the sea of midichlorians and retcons.
Well I counted 3 clones in the trailer, only 1 being named (Rex). I'm hoping one is Cody but I doubt it.
EDIT: And one is clearly Wolffe (giant scar and cybernetic eye). I think the 3rd will probably be Echo or Gregor.
Edited by YwingAceGregor's the Clone Commando, right? Probably dead.
Wolffe I don't think'd have any issue shooting Jedi. Echo's a good shout though.

Hey, we all thought Maul was dead too but he made a comeback in TCW. It wouldn't surprise me at all if the third clone was Gregor.
Wookiee says the 3 clones are Rex, Gregor, and Wolffe. I couldn't find any source for Gregor although I heard somebody tweeted it, so take Gregor with a grain of salt.
