I get the joke idea, but let's not forget that the Japanese EMPIRE (which is a different form of government than the current one) did real life terrible massacres and war-crimes all throughout Asia. If you ever care to look up the numbers dead, the numbers raped, the amount of cities destroyed, you may not find that Empire of Nippon is in good taste anymore.

And the Japanese suffered horrifically as a result. A point which also isn't relevant to Star Wars or X-wing.
