is there an offical rule for cutting the deck cause if there is i would like to know

darn im really tired of people cutting like retards

Whats it make a difference unless you were stacking your deck? Cause I always cut my opponents deck all wierd like just for such occasions that people try to stack cards near others and etc.

There's just something annoying about "weird" cutting. Like taking one card off the bottom and putting it on top for example. It bothers the hell out of me and I've known a few games where that would get you a warning from a judge and a a reshuffle.

shoot, I've had tournaments where the other player yelled at me for touching his cards at all. and what did the judges do about it? nilch...

people are stupid and piss me off so i guess that solves this problem
